New Orleans, December 2008
In December of ‘08, a family vacation took us to New Orleans. While traveling around the city, I took some shots of the rebuilding post-Katrina city. Using saturation of color and mood of lighting, I did my best to portray the feel of the city during this holiday month.
New Orleans is a colorful and vibrant city in many ways. The shots below are just a few of my favorites from several hundred shot over a two week period.
I travel to New Orleans about once every two years. I hope to post many more shots of this amazing city.
